Áine Murphy

​

 Áine Murphy has been involved in music from a very young age. She started at the age of 4 playing the violin and went on tour with the Cross Border Orchestra playing in Carnegie Hall and Boston Symphony Hall to mention a few but her real love of music was always to sing. 

 

Áine started with her local church choir while at primary school, here she gained the confidence in her singing ability under her two amazing music directors. 

 

At secondary she competed in Stars In Your Eyes and went on to represent the Republic of Ireland against the North of Ireland in the Waterfront Belfast. 

 

Áine then moved to New York where she was involved in singing for different events with the Irish community alongisde trad festivals.
